Here is a checklist thread for our team to look at to see if we are on track - it will be updated as things move along.

Team Name - done we are Piffle
UN Representative - done & it's Tubby for now
Team Email Address / Password - done teamPiffle AT Gmail password = "grenade"
Password for the Save - done "holy_hand"
Team Government Structure - done - Anarchy
Administrator Approval Poll - done they are ok by us
PBEM vs. PitBoss Poll - done Pitboss only if can be PBEM later
Map Type Poll - done all for Sirian
Map Size Poll - done let serian decide
Game Speed Poll - done normal
Civ Choice - done results here
Difficulty level - done Prince
Custom Name Discussion - decided
Misc Options poll - decided
naval vessel exploit rulerunning now (until 6/1)

Things will be edited as time goes on. Expect new discussions soon

I think we all agree that a Sirian generated map is best. Any parameters? I'd suggest we let him do what he wants.

but how many useless posts do the other teams have? I think that most of us just want to get things up and running and don't like to be muddled about with details.

I think this is right. I've just voted for a large map, but I'm happy for Sirian to surprise us with everything else on the map

What if each team controlled 2 Civs, that are permanentally allied, so they share research, line of sight, military, and everything else?

Sirian is suggesting that "No Cheat" might have to be off on this one. I'm indifferent about it. If we can't trust these yahoos to not cheat, then why are we even playing?
