Hi, i have problems with seeing the game terrain. When i start a game, i dont see the terrain but i see the units (the settler and the warrior), some bushes and a river. But when i press Ctrl+W (the World Builder) i see everything. My computer: Pentium4, have 768Mb and ATI Raedon 7000 64Mb.

That is a common glitch with the out of the box version of civ4. I solved it by applying the patch. I also notice from your dxdiag that your video driver is over 2 years old. Updating this couldn't hurt either. Unrelated you should also increase your virtual memory min and max setting to over a gig. It's not causing the graphics anomaly, but it will cause late game crashes if you don't increase it.
