Easier Greek History Quiz
As my other questions seem to be too hard (although I still think some should be answerable), here are easier ones:
1. Name the most famous tyrant of Samos. 2. How were the thessalian equivalent to the spartan helotes called? 3. What's the name of the two most important characters responsible for the rise of Thebes in the 4th century? 4. Who lead the Spartans at Thermopylai? 5. Name two "official" reasons for the Pelopponesian War. 6. What was the denomination of foreigners who lived in Athens? 7. On which island was the treasury of the athenian union? (Bonus: Which incidence lead to the transport of the treasury to Athens?) 8. Who is the most famous athenian law-giver before Solon? 9. Who is the legendary law-giver of Sparta? 10. Who was used as Police-force in Athens? |

1 and 10 go to Kubilai
3, 8 and 9 go to Adamski #5 is about the official reasons, the direct impulse for war, not the socio-economic reasons in the background which would include several others... |
