Citizen Discussion: Trades

Hmm, we are without a Secretary of State, but we're not without the responsibility to think about what trades are a good idea.

So let's hear from our citizens what trades you think are good ones!

I'm away from my game computer right now so cannot offer anything as an opening position on trade. If someone hasn't posted the opportunities later tonight then I'll go ahead.

BTW, I've seen some people who are worried about opening this type of thread being beyond their elected position, and thus CC bait... Balderdash! Any citizen can open a thread on any topic (within forum rules of course) -- don't ever forget that Article A gives you freedom of speech!! (within forum rules)

I think Tubby reported that the trades right now were one sided however with the next advance, things could get a bit more favorable...

[OT]Dave...

Its hard to know how much freedom of speach an official has when I post an opinion poll and people complain loudly for not posting a binding poll.( within my CoL rights) I hate to say it but it appears to more than just me that a small handful of vocal people want the game to be run a certain way whether the majority agree or not. The judiciary mess is one example, my non binding opinion poll is another, oddly enough the same loud protesters are deeply involved in both...

What I found to trade:

1. Genghis Khan will give us Meditation(42/184) and Sailing(231) for Drama(693).
2. Genghis Khan will stop trading with Bismark for Drama(693).
3. Peter will give us Sailing(231) for Alphabet(693).

We are 4 turns from Meditation, that's why it's listed that way. I don't think any of these trades would be good for us.

[ot]Ironically robboo, a small vocal minority is trying to do the same thing in RL America. Seems to me we did a good job of mirrorring life.[/ot]
