Problem taking over cities in Civilization 3.
Playing the game for the second time now...Having a lot of fun, just about wiped out the Babylonians...
When, I notice they have a single city left. It is on a single square (patch) of land, and entirely surrounded by water. I can not land on it from sea transport, I cannot drop paratroopers there (obviously), all I can do is bomb it & bombard it from the sea, but this does no good. Any ideas? |
