Single way open borders & Territory Maps
I think that if the other Civ would want to, you could trade them something/they could trade you something if they wanted single way open borders, so that one person would have them open, and the other wouldnt
also in Civ3 you could trade territory maps, I think that's also a good idea that should stil be included in Civ4 |

Calm down; this is a fairly slow forum. The idea of "Open Borders" itself (along with all its implications regarding trade and interciv relations) wouldn't work one-way, but some sort of "occupation treaty" allowing military units to occupy a foreign country without Open Borders probably would, though I'm not sure how helpful it would be. Territory maps were probably cut because, by the time someone's nice enough to map trade, they're nice enough to open their borders and let you scout their lands.
