How do you add/remove units in Civ4
Is there a guide somewhere on this site on how to add new units? Like for example, I would like to create a mod with a bunch of flavor units, how do I do that?
Also is there some sort of a toll which would allow me to view those units outside of the game such as flicster for Civ3? Thank you for your help.
