Communicate with Leaders
Does anyone know how to communicate with leaders that do not show up in your foreign advisor screen. I run into this problem when I'm facing more than nine leaders...since the screen only shows 8 faces.

I asked this a few weeks ago, so I'll pass it on to you. Just press shift + D and you'll get a list of all the civs you have contact with.

While in the foriegn advisor screen, shift + right click on a portrait, a drop down list of all the leaders you have contact with will appear. Select the desired civ and voila! If you have an embassy established with that civ, it will show all of the relationship lines as well.
shift + D will take you right into the diplomacy screen with the selected civ. |
