I use it a lot. I am not into the micro-managing of cities that it takes to compete at the higher levels. So I create a few uber, core cities and it balances out my lack of micro-management nicely.
In other games, a couple well placed mechanical infantry will guarantee you don't get attack in the early game. In the end, I enjoy using it. If the feature wasn't there, I probably would have quit playing a long time ago. It makes it fun for me. |
