There is a techtree on the front page of CFC. Oddly enough its under the "techtree" link, under the Civ4 heading.

You can always take screenshots of the tech-tree. And the units aren't that complicated.
Warrior>Axeman/Swordsman>Maceman>Grenadier/Rifleman>Infantry>Mech.Inf.
Archer>Longbowman/Crossbowman>Rifleman/Grenadier>Infantry/Machine Gunner
Horse Archer>Knight>Cavalry>Gunship
Galley>Galleon>Transport

Feel free to take a screenshot of the unit tree from the Sevopedia mod and post it.

i guess i shoulda mentioned also that im lookin for the ffh2 trees, sry bout that. i had to copy it from the ingame menu, but im lookin for a printable version for neatness and easier to manage being that mines handwritten and sloppy. it's also difficult lookin to see which ones also need diff techs that arent shown to lead to that specific one if u understand wut im saying.

i know it says in the game but a lot of times i have to keep goin to diff ones to see which ones lead to which then wut one that one comes from and so on. I hope somebody understands what im saying. and especially with the trees being so large and so many of em, it gets confusing.

Use Excel or Visio. Or google for Diagram Designer if you don't have MS Office.
