I'm not given much, choice, can only change colours, like i said messed it up before and have a thread on it for new skin ideas in more detail.

Why don't you try Invisionfree or phpBB? You can have excellent skins, and they have much more features than the service you are currently using.

If i am moving again, it is to get my forum and site on 1 host and for that i need about 15MB of ftp acessible space that supports PHPbb

Try www.freehostia.com . There is a bit of downtime on the mysql server, but the control panel and features are good. I used to run a phpBB forum on there.
