Always look at the bright side...
Think of the AI as a practical joker!
In real life, would Yemen ask the USA for Fission in exchange for the Yemenite world map and be insulted by anything less? Would 19th century Uganda have demanded millions of pounds of sterling in exchange for Ivory? It's quite funny, isn't it, that the weaker party always sets the price... Or the way resources are allocated and run out... Or when you gamble and leave a newly founded town undefended how there always seem to be an expansionist scout or a barbarian uprising coming out of the tile close to your town that you walked over two turns ago... So - Always look on the briiight siide of life! "whistle"-"whistle"
