How do I add/remove traits from leaders?

Hah, I tried changing the values in the ffh2 editor,
but that didn't seem to do anything.
Actually, I'm pretty stumped.
I tried once to edit something in a xml file somewhere,
but all it did is make ALL leaders null.

When using the editor, you had macros enabled, right? (Security tab in Microsoft Excel)
And you need to hit the "Export changes" button after changing whatever you wanted.
And you probably need to do it while civ is closed.
