Help with Borders Over Oceans mod.
Rogerbacon posted this amazing mod awhile back. Since then I broke my old computer and got a new one. Now I just reinstalled Civ IV and the link to his mod is gone to download. =(
It was my favorite mod and really made the game fun for me since I love having "Culture Wars". Still attached however was his a text document if you wanted to "create it yourself". I read guides on how to make mods, still have no idea how and was wondering if someone could please either A) Show me how to make this a mod file. or B) Make it a mod file and link to a download for it. Thank you in advance and sorry for the trouble. |

I love culture wars too. I had 10 culture levels in my game as well as culture spreading through trade routes. I think that last one was TheLopez' but it's been a long time so I don't remember exactly. Roger Bacon
