Well, you're not coasting in for an easy victory, not when you whipped a culture building in over half of our cities on the preflight!

Rush more buildings. I've been disbanding units in order to apply the shields to culture buildings. Cavs and Arty are nice because they give a flat 20 shields each to the building. Panzers give 25, MIs give 27, Flak gives 17, Guerillas give 22, and Explorers give 5.

It's a handoff. I started to run out of gas for comprehensive rushing towards the end of the turnset.

x in front a city name means that the city was captured.
# in front of a city name meant is was a worker factory.
* in front of a city name meant is was a settler factory.
All German cities are named after German/Austrian composers.
