IGN Article on BtS scenarios

The latest IGN article on BtS (5 July 2007) includes a brief synopsis of RFC and a screenshot:

http://uk.pc.ign.com/articles/801/801206p2.html
  • There are two starting dates: either 3000BC or 600AD.
  • The Maya's Victory condition: discover Calendar by 600AD, don't lose a single city before the Industrial Age.
  • The article uses the conjunction "OR" to list the various victory conditions. Example:
    Quote:
England can win by getting three cities on each continent, being the first to circumnavigate the globe, or being the first civilization to enter the Industrial and Modern eras.
which (possibly mistakenly) suggests that each condition is singularly sufficient to achieve victory.

EDIT: The author of the IGN article has changed the "OR"s into "AND"s.

I'm sure the 'or' thing is a mistake. It would be ridiculously easy for certain civs to win otherwise.

They apparently changed all of the "or"s to "and"s. Also, the Maya UHV is missing one requirement.
