Here's what worked for me.

weescot: did u download and install that and then uninstall and reinstall the game or did it just work after u put that thing on?

i downloaded the latest directx9. oc. and i still get the same error message
D3DX9_32.DLL was not found, even though i am looking right at the file can someone help me figure this out??? |
