BUGs: Fish boat can enter ocean without Optics and...
Please check me if I'm wrong, but I noticed: Fish boat CAN enter ocean without Optics and first GreatProphet can start GoldenAge alone.
I did not download PATCH_302.exe - does it help ? |

Might not be as bug - either of them. The first golden age now only requires on great person. Fishing boats can enter sea, but only if its within your cultural borders.

GA only need 1 GP then 2 then 3 etc...
dunno about fish boats, tho.

fishing boats have always been able to enter oceans as long as they were within your cultural borders.

The opposite did happen tho. Now your early ships can't enter ocean tiles within other civs territorial waters during open border agreements. No more using other civs territorium to travel around the world with your first workboat/galley.

Fishing Boats can enter ocean after Astronomy and only one GG for first golden age.
