Lightbulb Add negative effects in traits for balance

As well as leaders having positive traits, there should be negative ones, or perhaps the current traits should include a negative effect as well.

eg: Repulsive: -50% culture

Dare I ask why? "Balance" means fair, for all purposes that matter. So, if everybody gets a few positive bonuses, so long as they can all be utilized to provide an advantage in game, there is no need for additional complications with drawbacks to traits (or negative effects, whatever you want to call them).

I like the Civ trait system now because each one is relatively simple, and yet any combination of them requires a different strategy to maximize your benefits from them.
