XML problems
I have used older versions of TAM, but recently I had to reinstall Civ 4 because of the new patch and .DLL problems.
Well, now TAM doesn't work. Seems as if I have XML issues: "There are more siblings than memory allocated for them in CvXMLLoadUtility::SetVariableListTagPair. Current XML file is: GameInfo/CIV4CultureLevelInfo.xml" Anyone have any ideas? TAM is my favorite Civ 4 mod, and I'd hate to not be able to play it. |

Also... the problem seems to be linked to the marathon speed paramaters in the CultureLevelInfo xml file, as subsequent error messages say.
But really I haven't the foggiest on this one. I plead ignorance. |

Hi,
I'm getting exactly the same problem, only mine is from a fresh install of CIV4 (vanilla) . Did anyone find a solution or is it just me being stupid. Thanks, I'd love to get this working! TAM rocks! Last edited by Dumbo1; Sep 04, 2007 at 06:26 PM. |

I reinstalled and this time installed the latest vanilla patch and TAM works.
Looking forward to wasting some time now..... Thanks! |

I got mine to work... but only by replacing the CultureLevelInfo.xml file with the 'vanilla' file.
I don't have marathon speed anymore.. but.. I'm too busy these days to knock around with marathon games anyhow. BTW, is there any game mechanics particular to TAM that is warped by using the vanilla file for culture levels? |
