M. has 9 citizens and food for 19, it has problems with tyles for Cumea, so it has possible 5 forests and get in the end
produktion of 39h (+ 3 from Cumea), also for units 48 and for buildings 58
commerce is then 20 from tyles and 2 (now) from tradeways.
M. has market + bank and so a grocer as specialist.
In the moment M. builds a settler, after that units perhaps a grocer.
Here is the difficulty between the need for units and the growth.
We can grow in 4 turns with - 7 h /turn.
Question how many units will be necessary, this i cant decide.
Xanadu
X is our research city, we have an academy there and die university is next turn ready. Therefore should the dye at NNW of xanadu from Neapel change to X. In the end we have 70 commerce from tyles and 4 (now) from tradeways, now we 've (with dye) 61 from tyles.
The citizens should work on all cottage tyles, after university is Oxford useful.

C has good possibility, but very few food, we have 7 citizen and food for 19
There are 7 forests, 2 ivory and 2 hill-mines, we 've then
a production 40 h (a second Munich), for growing we need manx turns with only a small production, the cotttages must be change into farms, in the moment we build units. As buildings have we all but bank, but for nothing. we 've in the end 2 commerce from tyles.
