Tie goes to...

This is being asked over in the Multi-player forum but more people respond here:

Does anyone know who the tie goes to for Wonders, Religions or Technologies? I assume it goes to the person with the most overflow in Single-player, but does this change in multi-player when there are simultaneous turns?

Thanks.

I already disproved the overflow issue ages ago.

It goes by turn order.

Overflow is an old myth - it has no effect in the event of a tie. In both single player and multiplayer it goes by turn order. Even with simultaneous turns in multiplayer there is a turn order; it's the order the civs are listed in when you set up the game. Whoever is first on that list wins in the event of a tie.
