I never get attacked

... anymore. OK, I dont play agg AI, I'm a noble player, I pretty much only go for military victories these days but I only win one about every 5 games. I almost always have a tech lead, but generally dont have the biggest army, by the end of the game almost everyone usually hates me, but even if I'm not overwhelmingly strong, I almost never get attacked. Like it might happen every 5 or 6 games.

WTF? Judging by other posts, pleyrs who are far superior to me seem to get attacked all the time. Like I think I may actually loose a city every 20 games. It almost never happens. Why is this?

Turn up your difficulty level, turn on aggressive AI (+ raging barbarians) and enjoy!

Perhaps you should play a higher difficulty level or turn on aggresive AI.

but thats the thing, its not like I'm regularly winning on Noble. In fact, I probnably overtstaed how often I do, its probably more like one time in ten. Otherwise I would up the level. but Noble is still a big challenge for me to win. I've never played agg AI, what is the difference? worse dip mods, or bigger army, or bigger chance of DOW, or all three?

I noticed on aggressive AI more foreign nations are at war with each other.

Also i've never played Noble but on Monarch other nations are more willing to declare war on your civ.

Aggressive AI means the AI's builds bigger armies, and are thus harder to take down. And since they have more troops they are more likely to attack anyone who doesn't keep up in power. Though they retain their personalities, so it doesn't mean Ghandi becomes a warmonger, as such.

Noble level plays a strong game usually, i have played noble many times an get attacked very often, my last game by 3 at once despite being quite powerful, towards the end of the game everyone wanted to fight me they hated me that much, how many civs do you play with, an what type of map? also some civs are quite peaceful an dont like to declare war. but certainly on noble level in my experiance there should be no shortage of people wanting to attack you

At the monment I've been playing on a europe 18 map, admittedly I share religion with most civs (I set up correct starting places, 3 cities each and the appropriate religion), but even when I've had other nations furious with me who are ahead on the graph, they almost never attack... and even on not-scenario maps same thing. ,

agg ai tends to tech slower tho, in order to build additional troops
