I downloaded a risk type WWII game but i don't know what to how t oplay etc.
i downloaded it from PC format free disc

Hmm triple a wiki looks like a good start. http://triplea.sourceforge.net/mywiki/TripleA
Under "community" there's links to forums and other pages. Under "guides" the newbie guide is good, and has links to Axis and Allies rules in case you don't know those. |
