We declare war upon the USSR and the communist Ideology it represents. The horrible war crimes committed by Soviet backed Republican armies nearly destroyed Spain. Our time to repay the favor has come.

Germany denies advanced knowledge of Hungarian assaults on Romania. 100% honest. It had been its intention to peacefully push for plebiscites in the disputed areas, acting as a mediator between Hungary and Romania (Vienna Diktat). It still hopes to do so, but all nations must understand that the counterattack into the USSR following their attempted invasion of Europe is priority.

We also acquired permission from the Polish government to move troops through Poland, in preparation for our Great Crusade. Ask Tdawg, he probably just didn't send orders.

It does confirm rumors that an independent Ukraine and Byelorussia will be created, once the Stalinist regime is toppled from Moscow.

It condemns the Australian attack on Japanese ships, and the French blockade of a civilian refugee station that caused it. It hopes to resolve this crisis, another one created by the French government, peacefully.

It also warns the French government that the majority of german troops have been left in Germany to guard against any opportunistic attacks its left-wing government may undertake to help the USSR, along with our allies in Spain and Italy. Any such action would also carry the condemnation of the free world, for siding with a small clique of deluded leftist warlords who hold hostage an entire nation.

The position of the USA, if it has one.

The United States condemns the continued war between Japan and the USSR, and cites our pleasure at the USSR's recent agreement to sit down to peace talks, and meanwhile is angered and Japanese refusal to do so.

We also condemn the Hungarian/German invasion of Romania and the annexation of Czechoslovakia. We also condemn the German invasion of the USSR. Their reason of which, the annexation of Bessarabia, we see as a direct result of German and Hungarian aggression on Romania and highly hypocritical. Why hold the USSR accountable for an action you yourself took?

We feel the Hainan incident should be resolved with the immediate transfer of the island to nationalist forces and the removal of European threats in the area who are just looking to start a war on any grounds.

Ultimately the USA's position is one of a desire for peace.

The invasion of Romania was conducted by Hungary. Germany is now attempting to pursue a peace between the two nations.

Hainan is being temporarily held while the Chinese Civil War is being fought. It remains sovereign territory of the government of China, the only question is which of the factions of the Civil War is the government of China. Until then, it exists as a refugee camp and aid station, not a warzone.

The United States, and we're pretty sure anyone who is not a communist, feels the Nationalist government is the government of China. While it is true there is a lot of problems in China right now, it is up to them, not the Germans, to keep their own safe. meanwhile Germany is using their refugee center to peddle arms to Indochinese rebels, this farce may spark a conflict and as such we feel Germany has overstayed it's welcome.

We'll turn Hainan over to the United States, and transfer any relevent treaties regarding the island, to them, if they promise to continue funneling aid into China using Hainan.

@ Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria

Romania has expressed its interest, faced with Hungarian and Bulgarian armies and growing Communist subversion, in a peace that cedes Hungarian-claimed Transylvania to Hungary and territory taken in the Second Balkan War and Great War to Bulgaria, in return for significant aid and reconstruction payments by Germany following the end of the Great Crusade with the USSR.

The United States has no desire to run the problems of the Chinese people and correct them ourselves. It'd be best suited for the Chinese to do this themselves with little outside intervention which we see as the fuel to the fires of war in China.

HOLLAND PROCLAIMS NEUTRALITY IN ALL CONFLICTS.

We denounce all invasions by anyone and applaud Germany for trying to right their wrong, and offering peace to Romania in front of their allies. We applaud the US for trying to keep the world peaceful, and not intervening. We condemn all perpetrators of war crimes, and we offer our support to our british allies in returning to peace by quelling the rebellions.

We, in this official proclamation of neutrality, continue diplomatic relations with all nations of the world (that we recognize at least), and open our ports to all traders with the exception of weapons. All persons, regardless of nationality, found to be guilty of weapons smuggling in Dutch waters or lands shall be arrested and tried for their crimes. (OOC: since the communists declare us to be filthy capitalists, we dont expect much trade from them.)

Italy holds its hands high in support of Germany, in its quest for peace and stability in its neighboring regions. The Communists must be destroyed for their belligerence and essentially doomed ideologies.

Then montana, wisconsin, and minnesota should be ours. canada has a stronger culture than the US since the US has NO culture (unified that is). [I also live south of Green Bay, so technically if we held true 100% to the 49th parallel thing, I'd be American]

However, going back to a true answer to the original question, its a good question that I dont think anyone knows the answer to, and it will either be explained or fixed next update.

The Republic of China, the official government of our people, denies these 'uprisings' as nothing more than over-sized communist propaganda. The few occurrences that have taken place are mainly due to the urging of the violent Soviets, and will be dealt with soon enough. As for Hainin, the Republic does not see an issue with the island remaining under German leadership until the time comes that the treaty ends.

@Daft: If the main problem I had this turn (and which mainly led to the problems) was the treaty with Japan (I honestly can't remember anything involving Japan other than trade, and the attack on the USSR), why are most of the rebellions in the south :P (and away from the actual regions invaded by the Japanese)?
