Will I take a rep hit if...
Through a peace deal I got a tech, gold and gpt. If I provoke that civ by constantly putting troops in their lands, and demanding techs and they eventually declare war before 20 turns, do I take a rep hit?

If they are the ones declaring war on you, you don't get a rep hit. You do get war happiness though
 .
