sioux is a term originated by the French and
used by the Americans for various "treaties" It is what they've come to be known as but it is not what they ever called themselves originally, or even now. Ask them..

Its in the civ3 downloads, modpack section. And then you have to select download file, it links to atomicgamer, then dload from primary, it works.
