X City Challenge/ Depth Level
(A) How about instead of a one city challenge, we can select X number of cities a civ can control at any one time?
I'd _love_ a three city challenge, and if I conquer a fourth, I have to give it away immediately or raze it...

You could restrain yourself to enforce that rule on your game. When you do this it's often called a variant.

I think he means if nobody could build more than 3.

Well he said to replace one-city-challenge, and that rule only affects the human player.

Yes, I must pick my words more effectively.
I would like to see a global "X City Challenge" option that would affect all players, human, AI, and "other."
