Why is it not possible to play multi-player saves over single player?
I was just wondering...I dropped out of a game because some guy was holding it up by never pushing the ready button, and having to wait 40 seconds each turn was a bit annoying. I tried to load the game in single-player, but it says you can't play MP games over SP.
So, I try to load it in Multiplayer, but when I get in back to my civ, the game just sits there and says "Waiting for other civilizations" Any way to fix that? Or to continue the game somehow? |

To stop one player loading the multiplayer save as a single, playing a few turns with the AI making a mess of everyone's empires, and then resaving it?
