Hi, well in civ 3 im at war and wining but one thing.. my enamy is on an island and is tradeing stuff or oil and aluminam... thay have no natral sorce.. well ther bilding subs fighters, and bombers .. i just got stelth tec. and need to know how to do prsison strikes on enamy harbors..

How can they trade resources with no natural source?? Is there a resource hidden under the city?
They could of course be trading for resources. |

Blackade their Island. Build enough ships to cordon off the sea trade routes and you'll force them to cancel their trade agreements.
Eliminate their strategic resources to the island and they should be reduced to only building obsolete units. |

Try in the foreign advisor to cut their supliers. You can do that by making trade embargo aggrements withthe ones who are trading with them.
Another option is to just kill them...  Oh, and to do precision strikes, you will need smart weapons tech. See it on F6 (Science Advisor)
