NOTICE: GOTM Submission Extension
The GOTM server is still not available. Therefore, game submission deadlines that were set for February 1 will be extended to allow a minimum of 24 hours for final submissions once the server is back on line.

The Civ3 COTM 44 submission deadline has been extended by 24 hours.
