question on hydro power
i dont know if its a bug or if supposed to do this, but...the hydro plant when i have it built gives two sick faces.
i thought the point of hydro power over coal was that it didnt provide any sick faces? why does it do this? i have 3.13 regular patch for btw. |

the sick faces are for power in your factory. They come regardless of the power source. I don't like it either, but it's the way it is. Worse still, build the three gorges dam and get two sick faces in every city, even the ones with no factory.
