What temple?

But it could be: 2 (1000yrs old) + 5 (Sistine chapel +5 culture in BtS) = 7
Times 2 for free speech.

Probably being 1000+ years old combined with the Sistine Chapel. Or something.

I don't think it is possible. Are you sure that it isn't a monastery?

(2(base culture)+5(Sis))*2(age) = 14

Temple would be 12 I believe:

(1(base culture)+5(Sis))*2(age) = 12

1000 yrs old religious + Sistine is sick.

Another fun combo is getting lucky with the colosseum quest when playing the greeks. 1000 yrs Odeons + quest bonus = sick, and the best part is you often get to keep them when capturing enemy cities, greatly boosting the captured city culture right off the start.
