yeah that might make an interesting side project to give sid an angry animation. I have absolutely no idea how to do this.

i wonder if the kfm editor (featured in some modcast episode) would work on leaderheads

I'm pretty sure they tested the animations by creating a mod where they swapped around the art and animations via XML, and then entered the game and went into the civilopedia.
