XP Submission Problems

I'm having problems submitting my games to the HOF using my limited account on XP SP2. I've already submitted some games using an administrative account that have been accepted. I read through the suggestions given at the following link for Vista: http://hof.civfanatics.net/civ4/mod.php?show=vista
I tried some of them, like disabling read only on my Firaxis folder and my HOF mod folder. I couldn't find a way to set my BTS .exe to run in elevated mode, though, even while on my administrative account.

You need use an account with admin rights on XP. The problems with Vista are because admin rights there are not applied to non-OS objects unless you explicitly apply them, even when signed on as an admin.

I think that it is part of the whole unpopularity of the OS. With XP you have to struggle with your firewall and virus checker to run programs. Plus to browse the Internet you have to deal with popup blockers and IE settings. With Vista you have the OS piling on as well.
