A Superconductor... get it?!
In case you missed the humor, Leopold Stokowski is, apparently a "Great Engineer" in this game.
In reality, he was a world-famous orchestra conductor that was the pioneer of the "Pops" concert. While it is a bit odd that he is considered a Great Engineer, I do find great amusement that the tech associated with him is... The Superconductor. Well played.

Civilization Revolution has six different types of Great People that provide special abilities upon their appearance. The six types are Great Artist/Thinker, Great Builder, Great Humanitarian, Great Explorer/Industrialist, Great Leader, and Great Scientist. 
I didn't realize that.
