cant install new patch

it says that it cant find the game. any suggestions?

Are you playing the retail boxed version (with discs) or a downloaded version from Steam or D2D?

If the downloaded version you need to patch through them. If you are using the disc version try patching by downloading the patch through civfanatics.com or 2kgames rather than the in-game installer.

im using the retail boxed version.

and both have the latest patches installed already


i meant to say mod. im trying to use total realism mod and its not working. but when i tried to patch it says the same thing. so idk what to do

Post your question about problems installing the MOD in the Total Realism Mod Forum. The creators, or most likely someone who has had a similar problem will be able to help you more likely than here.

Sorry I can't help you with your main problem - but I am still a bit confused - When you said:

Are you talking about patching the MOD or CIV Warlords? Because in the sentence previous you said you have the patches installed already. What patch are you specifically talking about? The "newest" patch that came out recently is for BTS, so you couldn't install that as you only have Warlords.
