Ok here is my game.
I was playing with 1 AI in the start witch i beated and i "won" so i was playing "just one turn... just one more turn..." And as it is clear i was playing alone. Then i wanted to liberate a city - That you can so it becomes an independant new country but i can't find the button to liberate it I know it shows when you click a city but here it just doesn't A city is alone on an island. And i am playing with an option NO random events. So have you got any idea wha's the problem?? |

Do you have Beyond the Sword Expansion? That's the only way you can even have the ability to liberate.
To liberate a city, there must be two cities on a separate island or landmass than your capital city. After this, enter the Domestic Advisor (F2), and click the red fist button on the bottom. It'll give you a menu with liberation options.

F1. Red fist. You might not be able to liberate after you win and go "Just one more turn...", because the game is already over.

No. You can't make one because you've already won the game.
You can't introduce new civilizations because the game is OVER. |
