After years of waiting, Spore is almost here. But the agony is killing me. Its so close that I can almost feel it. Now, all you people who got it already and I despise, help me pass the time with all your best screenshots.

For some reason they released it in australia 5 days ago, been playing it a bit, one game only though, but it is so different to civ that i can't really compare it, both fantastic!

I really thought I could take or leave this, but I suddenly find myself looking forward to playing a computer game in a way I haven't felt since... the game 'Z' back in 1996, and Chaos Engine before that, way back in 1992.

I guess I'm bound to be dissapointed in some ways, but I've already been pleasantly suprised by some things I've seen in reviews.

Here is a montage of my first couple of hours of playing the actual ‘game’ (really more like an interactive creative exercise - I find myself adding body parts I don’t technically need etc..)

I like my blue planet.
