Stupid Stupid Garage stole my Col2!!!

My garage ceiling caved in after a supporting 2x8 split. So my money is going to go towards replacing the structure to the roof of my garage, and sheetrock, instead of Col2...

I'm so angry... what crappy timing. I've been waiting for this game forever, and now I can't buy it anywhere in the forseeable future because hundreds of my skint few $$$ are now going to fix the house.

Now you'll be forced to forget about the game until you get back into the black. Meanwhile somewhere in this world someone will download an infringed copy, play it often, make posts, tell their friends about it, and otherwise promote the game, which will undoubtedly increase sales for the game more than just not playing it at all. Weird how this digital world works eh?

Lord Chambers, I grok what you're getting at, but unfortunately have the sort of situation where BT, even on my home machine, ain't an option. But yeah, 10 years ago, I'd probably have had the game a week ago...err...if it had actually been developed then... you know what I mean.

Much2Much, I tried that option. The wife didn't much go for that. Even an apartment wasn't swank enough. Hence the house. I'll just have to stick to powows for my Indian Fix.

Berba, thanks for the sympathy. My birthday's coming up. Maybe some friend or family member will heed my cry of despair and give me the hookup.

But, c'mon! The game isn't THAT expensive... Just eat nothing but beans for a few days and you'll spare enough money to afford Col2. That's what I'll do, anyway. I don't have a wife, though.

I think this is simply a case of contacting the contractor who is going to fix the roof, and explain the situation to him and ask that he reduce the price by $33.57 or you will have to take your business elsewhere. Chances are pretty good that he won't want to lose a large(sh) job just by $33.57 discount. Then you get your garage fixed and the game.
