Feedback for the UKNES4 - How should it start?
I am going to make the UKNES4 tomorrow, but I need input on what kind of NES you want it to be, and how successful the UKNESs have been.

predefined borders and armies so we can do a wwI or II senario and use aircraft. if not those times then undifined everything.

i would realy hate to have to come up with a reply to "That was MY province from the beggining how dare you send an army to take it? now i will have the whole world kill you because you violated the starting position borders."
yeh i know similar things happen with 'capitol only' starts, but it doesnt seem as valid an comment when all the capitols got "conquered".
