I am trying to play a direct IP game with a friend. I have his IP address but I can't connect - why, and how to I over come this problem? My friend is not sure how to port forward - is this the probelm and does anyone have any advice for this? Many thanks in advance - I am dying to destroy whatever pathetic CIV he creates! |

If your friend doesn't have his ports forwarded then you should just host and he can connect to you.
