Is it possible to edit A.I. abilities during a game by modding the saved game file?
Is it possible to edit A.I. abilities during a game by modding the saved game file?

Not to advertise for another forum, but you might have more luck getting answers at http://forums.galciv2.com/forum/348 since that deals specifically with modding GalCiv II.
