Kuriotate Colonies
Im just wondering if the ability to turn cities into colonies at a button press would have any particular advantages for the Kuriotates?
Do settlements become full cities if they split off from the Kuriotate civ? I was thinking of quickly creating a load of settlements, making them independent and basically surrounding yourself with new allies. |
