Burned Home Event
I haven't yet downloaded 3.19 so it might have been fixed in that, but just in case it hasn't been:
On the Burned Homes random event, shouldn't the option to retreat to near your capital be grayed out if the capital is not on that landmass? (They would have to swim across the ocean to reach the capital?) I noticed this in my latest game when I burned down a useless city on small landmass.
