Ok, I would like to request a restriction on the Laughing Man. I've already told Stylesjl nicely not to use him yet he used him. I intended to have the Laughing Man be solely between Major Kusanagi and himself and not have the same fate as General Kwai (eg. Being kidnapped).

Considering the Laughing Man isn't a single character per se, I don't really see the harm in it.

That, and I think he's finished with the face anyway.

In other news, after waiting untill Garry Newman stops the April Fools shenanigans, expect to see myself wielding these two babies (The Republic Army would be armed with them as well) along with a T-51b custom panted (Will contain the Ace of Spades card, Lambda Logo. Though it will have my new coat of arms on it) as well as the Wattz 3000 Mag Laser Pistol.

P-94 Plasma Rifle

Not quite a Glock 86 Plasma Pistol. So I'll coin it as a Glock 86b Plasma Pistol

Plasma Weaponry

Quite a big quantum leap from my Mauser C96 and Luger Pistol.

I like energy weapons and I often end up with a collection of them. Plus the P94 variant has been only shown within Fallout 3 (Using the Energy Weapons Enanced Mod) and not in Garry's Mod. Same goes for this pistol variant.

I don't see why there needs to be a restriction. Plastering the laughing man on things randomly is kind of an internet meme and doesn't have any impact on the DYOS cannon

I will just give a heads up I'm about to drop into inactivity again... while I'm completing schoolwork at record rates(for me), I've been caught up drawing my own original comic series...

Somewhere within the Republic, but I'm technically not sure myself. Once upon a time before CG clarified that New Port was on the east coast of the US, I thought it was on Coruscant; ergo, off-planet. Since CG stated in one of the early cartoons that the Gem was secured in "New Port City, Coruscant Republic", I now take that to mean it is on Earth.

It's funny; just moments ago I was pondering how to keep Hannibal away from it.

Instead of fretting about it. I'm going to keep the Republic's name as well as the Republic itself. I just calmed myself down to avoid going into a RAGE tizzy and set to work to explain (in the wiki) any inconsistencies or misinformation that might pop across.
