Hydro Plant Pollution
I'm playing an Archipelago on Noble as the Dutch. I built the Three Gorges Damn and some hydroplants. Now all my cities are registering two sickness points from power. What the heck is going on? Now half my cities are restricted to two population lower than they should be!

Power for factories in BtS gives 2

and "dirty" power (i.e. coal) gives an additional two
- so hydro plants are still better health wise than coal...
