What game should I rent? PLEASE VOTE BY 11/24

I am going to rent a game for Xbox 360 (I have gold) (Or Wii) and I need to know what to get. There will be company at my house so keep that in mind. Though it would be totally fine to get a SP only game. Just encase you knew a great game, but only when doing MP. The specific votes are the games I'm most interested in.

CAN'T RENT THIS LIKE ROCKBAND THAT REQUIRE OTHER THINGS TO PLAY (eg guitars and drums)

Assassin's Creed 2 isn't really a party game though, but I think it might very well be the first console game I'll buy (mostly due to never owning a console, I still don't but since my roommate isn't going to buy it and I think it will look awesome on the 52" HD LCDTV I keep bragging about...)

AC2 probably has no multiplayer aspect to it at all, so if you have company it's pretty pointless.

Which is why RockBand2 is needed to fill the time with company, and Assassins Creed 2 fills the rest of the time.

I agree with PrinceScamp and azzaman333 - Rockband is the best general-audience choice if there's company involved. Otherwise it rather depends on what your target audience is into - COD4MW2 ought to work well if the company is into that sort of game, but the appeal won't be as universal otherwise. Nevertheless, the latter is the option I voted for.

i would buy MW2 for the multiplayer, and rent AC2. i played it the other weekend, and while it was really fun, i think in the long run it probably would get a tad stale. happy renting

I narrowed it down to AC2, MW2, and SMBW. I assigned each a number and let my brother pick two (If I get two(Or I might get all 3)), first choice is SMBW, then AC2, then MW2, but I may get them all.
