Merging mods?

How simple would it be to merge a mod that makes only visual changes with a mod like RevDCM? If anyone can give me a fairly detailed explanation I'd appreciate it. Thanks very much.

The description, what to do, is rather simple: Copy everything from the one mod folder into the other mod's folder.
Destination should here be the mod with the gameplay changes, because they often need the right name for the folder to work.
The art mod has probably "only" a big folder assets\art, and a file in Assets\XML\Civilizations and in Assets\XML\art.
Copy these over, done.

It will be a bit bigger problem if files overlap, but first see, if this is enough.

There are 10 xml conflicts where files would overlap.

Which files? Some are easy, some are difficult. Normally the modders at the new content at the end of the files, but that's not always possible.

There's a tutorial for merging mods in the tutorials section.
