Steam is having a US Thanksgiving sale and the DLC packs and both the standard and GOTY editions of the game are 33% off.

Keep in mind though that over the next few days the game and its DLCs might have a 'daily deal' which will probably be 50% off or more. Usually it's best to wait til the last day of the sale to see whether the game goes on a daily.

And it has. The discount is now 66% on the game and all DLC.

Depends on the country you're from. Amazon seems to have a link for $40 which deviates from the standard $49.99 you see in other places.

You can buy the expansion (Steam key) there with a 25% reduction (22.49€, £14.99, $22.49).
